I have been lucky to find and learn from many teachers, who would probably not consider themselves such. People who are successful and empowering in their own way, and many from very different backgrounds, careers, and interests.
Every once in a while some of these teachers choose a platform to connect, and to give their knowledge openly and
for many to see. This May, many of these teachers have decided to give some of that knowledge for free – to all of us via the exciting platform: Creative Live.
This month, the learning platform Creative Live will share with us a motivational and inspiring video every day, featuring
the most interesting, creative and innovative people of our time.
This is just a small portion of the people participating. I know that I am excited to experience these interviews – which can
be watched throughout the day and month at your leisure – and see what I can learn from them. These are all Greats in their field, from Academy Award Winners, and Guinness Book Record Holders, to self-made billionaires.
Throughout this month, I will be posting about the most profound lessons that I have learned from this video series. I hope
you will join me here, and on the Creative Live platform for profound insights, that might be exactly the information
you need to reach your goals and dreams.
Question: Which person on the list are you the most excited about watching this month? Share your favorite in the comment section.
I am looking forward to hearing from you
Hi, and welcome back. I am sharing with you today the letter Y of our tea leaf reading symbol dictionary. I hope you had fun during this series and learned a lot about tea and tea leaf reading. As I mentioned yesterday, I am working on a book about the subject, and will share with you more information about that soon.
But not before sharing with you a picture of one of my adorable rescue dogs, Athena. She was posing for me this morning, which in her case is rare. She is usually rather camera shy. Not today:
Let me share with you today’s letter:
Yacht or large boat: a symbol of wealth and financial freedom
Yew Tree: Someone is leaving you an unexpected help or fortune. A better position is offered to you.
Wishing you a fiercely independent day

Author: Rae Rivers
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Release Date: April 7th, 2016
Rating: 5/5 Stars
It is no secret that I am a Rae River’s fan. And her latest novel of the Keeper’s series: Ethan, only cemented that fact even further. Filled with action, romance, and emotional turmoil, this well-crafted novel grabbed me from the first page and never let me go. Check out the following blurb, courtesy of Amazon:
“Going to Ameera to find Hazel. Stealing the spell … You think you can pull it off?” he asked.
She nodded, not trusting herself to speak.
Just as she thought he’d kiss her, he reached for her jacket and said, “Then let’s go.”
A portal to another world has opened, unleashing dangerous creatures on earth. A dark witch is out for revenge. The stakes are high, a war inevitable.
One person can stop the madness. Jenna. She’s a Keeper to a powerful hybrid witch but she harbors a secret and if Jenna steps through the portal – seduced by the whispers of her hidden past – she may never return.
Fortunately, she has company… infamous Bennett brother and fiercely protective Keeper, Ethan. Their whip-cracking banter makes them perfect sparring partners in training, but how will they manage when their lives and everything they were born to defend are on the line?
When the battle lines are drawn, will Jenna and Ethan stand side by side – as friends, protectors, lovers … or as traitors?”
Not being a fan of the whole vampire story obsession of the last few years, but longing for a good paranormal story, this book (just like every novel in this great series), satisfied my hunger for this genre. Yes, it has plenty of romance, but also plenty of action, with the main female character, Jenna, being as fierce as any Warrior out there. It is an emotional story, that had me all shook up at more than one point, only to be left breathless and with a great sense of relief at the end, for which I am very grateful for to Rae ( you will know what I mean, once you read the book – no spoilers here!) . I just wish the story did not have to end because I did not want to leave this world, these characters just yet.
If you love paranormal fiction and romance, with plenty of action that does not just happen in the bedroom, this book, actually this entire series is for you. Thanks to this series, Rae Rivers has become one of my absolute favorite Authors. The Keepers: Ethan is available on Amazon right now.
Disclaimer: I was given this book for free via NetGalley, in exchange for an honest review.
Good to have you back for another day of Tea Leaf Reading Symbol Dictionary – A To Z Blogging Challenge Eddition. As usual I do not just talk about the symbols but want to also mention other interesting tea facts. I predict that you will find these just as interesting as I do.
My favorite herbal tea is Peppermint tea. It’s leaves, when brewed loose are a perfect match for Tea Leaf Reading. But it also holds plenty of health benefits, that make this tea not only delicious but an important staple in anyone’s household. Simply place one heaping spoonful of the dried leaves into your favorite cup, fill with hot water, and strain (unless you are using the leaves for a reading) after 6 minutes. Sweeten to taste.
Here are a few examples of Peppermint tea has to offer:
A word of caution: Some people are allergic to this and other herbs. If you are prone to allergies to herbs, consult your health care professional before drinking this tea. Also, as always the information given in this blog is for educational purposes only. See disclaimer page for details.
Let’s get to our Tea Leaf Reading Symbol Dictionary:
Padlock: Is it open? That is a positive sign, it means a happy surprise. Closed? Be careful and take precautions.
Palace: Wealth and abundance are on the way
Palm Trees: A symbol of increased wealth, fortune and honor. There might even be some fame and recognition involved.
Parrots: It looks like you might have some travel outside of the country on the horizon. But there could also be some gossip surrounding you that is not all favorable, so be on the watch out for rumors.
Pears: You are receiving good news, and are able to advance in life. One pear means an addition to the family of some kind.
Piano: You are making the most out of what is given to you, and that is a good thing. Keep on doing that.
Pig: A successful symbol specifically in the realm of gardening, agriculture and related fields. There might be an unexpected amount of money coming your way.
