
The artfully draped gossamer shimmered gently in the soft light of the white floor lamps, breathing a delicate atmosphere into the large room, which only a few hours earlier had been overwhelmingly large and bare. The preparations for the big day where in full swing, a few hours more, and another happy couple would leave an event organized by Liz. Lord, how she loved her job, the new beginnings created in her presence, the ambiance she provided as a backdrop, the creativity that overflowed in every aspect of her work.
Her dream job.
Turning toward a tiny noise, not louder than a gentle sigh, she froze, as the enthusiastic leaps of a young child, ended the artistry with a bounce, the devastating plummet of fabric chaotically swirling the room with colorful destruction. Frozen, she stood, as did everyone in the room, except the beautiful, wild child, giggling in the gentle colored embrace, in which she was the center of, and Liz could not help but smile.
